Day 24 with Bob Harper:
I started out 24 days ago at 271 lbs. I went down to 266. And Im right back up again at 268. I know its only because of myself. My first 2 weeks were actually easier than these last 2 weeks have been. It is so easy to slip into your old ways. It's so easy when you work a long day and are absolutely pooped out, just to fly thru McDonalds drive thru and get dinner. Rather than go home & stand on your feet another 15 minutes to prepare a salad. That was my mistake last week. I ate out more than I should have, didnt count my calories daily, and had absolutely no exercise (besides what I do at work & cleaning at home- which to me does not count. )
I am refocused. I refuse to continue to be fat. I turned on the tv this morning and said "Good Morning Bob" with On-Demand's "The Biggest Loser Cardio Max, Level 1" work out video. I did 20 minutes and am now sucking down a bottle of water because I am dying of thirst. To anyone who doesnt feel like going for a walk in your neighborhood for all to see, or too embarressed to go to the gym- I highly recommend all the On-Demand fitness videos with Bob and Jillian. So... I happened to find this video on You Tube, it's shitty quality, but its half the work out ;) Enjoy.
lol i totally know how you feel! the second i start feeling better, i'm all ready to forget the doc. i should have had my wisdoms out 4 years ago, but i'm such a pussy lol.
