Day 2:
So far this is a piece of cake. Not drinking soda isn't all that bad. Very easy when it's not right at your finger tips. I guess here at home is kind of easy. Maybe when I go to work today ( 10-6 ) it will be a little harder- considering they have just about everything there! But I am going to bring a bottle of water with me, and maybe a bottle of juice too. For breakfast I plan on having a Yogurt & a Special K bar, but Im not even hungry right now. Live Strong says I should be eating 2500 calories a day. Yesterday I had 800 calories left to eat when I went to bed?? So I actually ate less than 2500. I don't know if that's good or bad? You would think that eating less calories helps you lose more weight. I dunno.... anyways I am off to work all day. xox.
Good luck on your weight loss journey, Felicity! I am re-starting mine (again!) tomorrow. I just started a blog tonight if you'd like to drop by :)
ReplyDeleteGood Luck Felicity, I found your blog through a comment you letf on another blog. As for the to-eat or not to eat question, I wish I had a good answer, I have heard different things from diffrent people. One of the things I have been hearing the most however, is to eat in the morning more than in the afternoon cause it jump starts your metabolism, which I believe, I know when I eat breakfast I am hungryer throughout the day. Also 2550 calories seems really high...I would recomend checking a couple of other web sites as well. I use http://caloriecount.about.com and they are great. According to their website I need to net aproxamitly 1200 calories a day to loose 1lb a week, while another calorie counter told me I could net up to 1300...(net=total calories consumed-total calories burned by exercize not including calories my body burns naturally by existing)and the 2550 might be right, cause the bigger you are the more your body burns naturally but I would recomend checking out some other sites too. I hope you keep up with it, and good luck. Just remember, its not a diet its a life style change.
