I am going to try something new. Setting up weekly goals. This way not only will I be eating healthy. But I will be getting some exercise into my routine and maybe lost more than 2 lbs a week, which seems to be my average. I would really like to see 4-5 lbs. Does anyone have any tips or suggestions to make this happen?
Monday -
Jillian Michael's On Demand 30 minute workout video
Tuesday -
Walk 2 miles on the Beach early in the morning
3 minute Wallsit at work and 1 minute Plank
Wednesday -
50 Crunches and 50 Squats
Maybe hit the gym with Nikki as her guest at night
Thursday -
Bob's On Demand 30 minute workout video
Friday -
25 Push ups and 25 Leg Exercises early in the morning before work
Saturday -
Lay out in the sun and walk 1 mile on the Beach
Sunday -
Relax all day long and do whatever I want
I think those are great goals, especially the relax all day on Sunday :) Have a great week!

ReplyDeleteGreat Goals, hope you have a good week! Way to go on the 10 lbs loss. Thanks for the comment on my blog. I actually hit goal back in January so these days I'm just working on maintaining which I must confess is just as hard as losing. As for tips, just believe in yourself and realize you can do anything you put your mind to. We all have to figure out what works best for us since this is for life.
