What's Better? Losing Pounds or Inches?
Day 9 & Here are my measurements as follows:
Neck - 15 inches
Chest - 51 inches Bra size 44D
Waist - 53 inches Jeans size 24
Hips - 57 inches
Thighs - 31 inches
Calves - 19 inches
Ankles - 10 inches Shoe size Wide 8 1/2 - 9
Arms - 15 inches
I dont know what is better to loose inches or to loose pounds. I would think inches would be better cause fat takes up more space then muscle, but muscle weighs more, so if you loose inches but dont loose lbs it might mean that you are burning fat and replacing it with muscle. I am looking for a decrease in both, but everyone is different. I mean if you compare our mesurments we are the same in some places (like our limbs) but way off in others.
