I know I have tried this in the past and lost 18 lbs at the most, but this time I am more determined than ever to lose 100 lbs. Well.... let's start with smaller goals for now, but maybe 100!
I recently started again in June - and in the past 26 days I have managed to get down a total of 9 lbs. With a combination of eating right - counting calories with Myfitnesspal.com - and trying to exercise (including my journey at walking/jogging intervals) so far I have been very successful. Today though, I have my period (sorry to rain on your parade with tmi) so I am feeling quite bloated this week and not very motivated to exercise while my vagina pours like a faucet.
I also just redid my blog (again) for the 36th time. I recently had it set up only to show off my art, which included trendy, fabulous, painting designs on glass - which I removed right now but will put back up for anyone interested. I just wanted to RE INTRODUCE myself and say hello, welcome back!
Here I am in April( I think ) at probably about 275 lbs. and before I cut my hair for my new job!
