So I've been away for atleast a month. I didnt find the urgency to write every day like usual. But Im back. And Im working on two things. One being that its almost Halloween and all I wanna do is go visit the infamous Lizzie Borden murder house! And two being that I just wanna get pregnant. Im not getting any younger so this just needs to happen for me.
First things first - the Lizzie Borden house!
"Lizzie Borden took an axe
And gave her mother forty whacks.
And when she saw what she had done,
She gave her father forty-one."
And gave her mother forty whacks.
And when she saw what she had done,
She gave her father forty-one."
Lizzie Borden was acquitted of the gruesome murder that everyone quietly convicted her of. She supposably took an axe and murdered her father and her step mother in the house that they had been living in on August 4, 1892. She butchered her father while he lay sleeping on the sofa, and then hacked her mother in the bedroom upstairs.
Over 100 years later and the Lizzie Borden house is still on top of the list as one of the most interesting paranormal touring sites in Massachusetts. They have restored the house to what it originally looked like when the family lived there and when the murders took place and have turned it into a Bed and Breakfast.
They even offer a continental breakfast if you stay over. And you eat exactly what the family ate together the morning of the murder, which includes bananas, jonny-cakes, sugar cookies and coffee in the addition to a delicious meal of breakfast staples.
The house is located at 92 Second Street, just 50 miles north of Boston, in Fall River, Massachusetts.
They have an arrangement of rooms from $175-$225 per night for up to 5 people totally $450. There is a Lizzie Borden room, her sister Emma Borden room, Hosea Knowlten room, which was the district attorney in the case, and even a Andrew Jennings room who served as Lizzie's lawyer.
If you wanted to rent the house for a night with 20 people it only costs $1500 (which costs $75 per person) Which I would LOVE LOVE LOVE to do for Halloween, or sometime this winter.
Quick fact you may not know about me. I have always been obsessed with the paranormal. From ghost hunting shows to psychics and the after life. I have always been interested. And whenever October rolls around I jump in joy for '31 Days of Halloween' on the SciFi channel and Travel channel! For more information on the Lizzie Borden murder mystery check out Trutv Crime Library or check out the infamous Bed & Breakfast.
Secondly, I wanna get pregnant!
Which is nothing new. But I read somewhere that if you have sex every three days (or just every 3 days while you are ovulating) than the sperm are always there swimming around waiting for an egg to drop. Because they live up to 4 days. Unlike other men my husband doesnt have a huge sex drive. He works 60 hours a week and is often too exhausted to do it every 3 days like I want! So Ive gone out and gotten myself a few playful wigs and cute outfits to try and coherse him and keep him interested. Wish me luck. I am also going to invest in a fertility monitor soon if keeping track of my period doesnt work quick enough. Mind you, my husband and I have been together nine years and only gotten pregnant once, which I lost last year. So this isnt a normal woman trying to get pregnant. I obviously have some kind of problem. And althought hey havent diagnosed me with PCOS or another pregnancy deficiency syndrome, I do have cystic fibrosis and its just normal that women with CF have a harder time getting pregnant, because I have more mucus in my body than others, it may just be sitting behind my cervix blocking the little tunnel those sperms need to swim up. Needless to say, I need to have a baby before I am into my thirties. That gives me 7 months from October. Wish me luck~!~
